Monthly Subscriptions

Situation	Refund
Cancellation after billing date	No refund — access continues until period end
Cancellation before next billing date	No charge for next period
Unused swap allocation	Not refundable — allocations do not roll over

Annual Subscriptions

Situation	Refund
Cancellation within 14 days of purchase	Refund of unused full months
Cancellation after 14 days	No refund
Upgrade during annual period	Pro-rated credit applied to new plan

One-Time Swap Credits

No credits used from the pack → full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Any credits used from the pack → no refund on remaining credits.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Credits expire upon account termination.

Exceptions

At our sole discretion, we may issue refunds for:

A verified technical failure preventing platform access for more than 72 consecutive hours.
A duplicate charge caused by a payment processing error.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We will provide full transaction documentation to payment processors when disputing fraudulent chargebacks. Always contact us first at contact@adultbacklinks.net.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process

2. Subject: "Refund Request — [your account email]"
3. Include: account email, transaction ID, reason
4. We respond within 5 business days
5. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by Dutch law. As a B2B platform, consumer withdrawal rights (herroepingsrecht) do not apply to purchases made by business users. Disputes are subject to the courts of Noord-Nederland.
