Terms & Conditions

• "Platform" means AdultBacklinks.net and all related services operated by MR Tradingservice B.V.
• "Company" means MR Tradingservice B.V., KVK 91945488, Vlasveen 28-6, Roden, Netherlands.
• "User" means any individual or legal entity with a registered account.
• "Swap" means a mutual backlink exchange between two Users.
• "Credits" means swap credits purchased through the Platform.

By registering an account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal business entity, sole trader, or professional webmaster.
• You must have full legal ownership or authorised control of submitted websites.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by the Company.

This Platform is strictly B2B. Consumer use is not permitted.

Permitted: Submit websites for matching, exchange backlinks, purchase credits, manage your portfolio.

Prohibited:

• Submitting websites with illegal content of any kind.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
• Using bots or automated tools to abuse the system.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform.
• Reselling or sublicensing platform access.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Users are solely and entirely responsible for all content they submit, including website URLs and anchor texts.

• Accepted backlinks must be placed within 48 hours of swap acceptance.
• Links must remain live for the full duration of the swap agreement.
• Deliberate removal constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Sanctions: Not placed in 48h → warning + 24h grace. After 72h → swap cancelled. Link removed → 1 strike. 3 strikes → 7-day suspension. 5 strikes → permanent ban.

All Users must maintain two mandatory backlinks on their website at all times as a condition of platform access. Removal results in immediate account suspension. Repeated removal may result in permanent termination.

• Payments processed by Mollie B.V. — we never store card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• Cancellation stops future billing — no refund of current period.
• Unused monthly swaps do not roll over.
• Credits are non-refundable once any have been used.
• Chargebacks without prior contact result in permanent account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, MR Tradingservice B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or losses resulting from actions of other Users or third-party service failures.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MR Tradingservice B.V. from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. No refund is owed upon termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noord-Nederland.
